James Au Wei-Wern

James Au Wei-Wern, a Founding Partner, was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2010, earned his LL.M. in Intellectual Property from the University of Manchester in 2011, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaysia in 2012.
He began his career at a leading Malaysian firm, gaining diverse experience in corporate, civil, and criminal litigation, including landmark constitutional cases, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property enforcement.
An accomplished writer, James has contributed to the Malaysian White Book of Civil Procedure and authored the Annotated Specific Relief Act. He also conducts workshops and seminars on legal developments.
His practice spans commercial, construction, corporate, debt recovery and restructuring, employment, family, intellectual property, personal injury, and real estate law.
James is fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Farah Dhaniah Binti Abd Hamid

Farah began her tenacious legal journey at the University of Technology Mara (UiTM) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2019.
Before joining the firm, Farah focused on real estate, regularly negotiating and reviewing property agreements, and advising clients on regulatory requirements. Now at the firm, she handles both contentious and non-contentious matters, including corporate, commercial, debt restructuring, employment, family, insolvency, land, general litigation, and conveyancing matters involving tenancy, lease, and property transactions.
Farah became a partner at Au & Partners in 2024. Career highlights include representing major developers in legal proceedings, advising strata management committees, and assisting a prominent resident association with compliance issues.
An avid trumpeter and former brass band participant, Farah enjoys live music, nature, adventure, and global geopolitics.
She is proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
